About the Role
In this hybrid role, you'll lead a team of auto claim adjusters. You'll respond to customer inquiries and serve as a back up to your team, taking on cases as needed. You will:

- Establish and enforce a culture of excellence on your team
- Prepare and present trainings and seek to develop your staff
- Create incentives and motivate your team to pursue professional achievements
- Manage and improve staff workflows
- Monitor vendor expenses and maintain relationships with vendors
- Collaborate to define departmental goals and strategies
A professional demeanor, ability to communicate clearly, and a self-motivated attitude will be key to success in this role.
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with applicable legal standards and requirements
- 3+ years claims handling experience
