Our client is seeking an experienced hybrid Senior Staff Accountant to join their growing organization in Salt Lake City.

About the Role
This position will play a key role in executing, implementing, and improving central accounting functions, including internal controls, financial reporting, and financial analysis. You'll be involved in financial statement analysis, month end close processes, reinsurance reporting, and account reconciliations, as well as AOP development. In addition, you'll be part of a project to implement and test new insurance administration software.
The role is hybrid, based on the Salt Lake City area.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience, as well as 2+ years of auditing experience.You'll need prior experience in process improvement and internal control development, as well as performing data analysis.
