About the Role
In this hybrid role, you will:
- Pursue and process subrogation claims from insurance carriers, uninsured, and self-insured responsible parties
- Audit new subrogation claim files
- Handle case referrals to authorized third party collections vendors and monitor collection results
- Track and report on your performance KPIs
- Assist with arbitration filings and contentions as needed
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Unfair Claims Practice Act, various state rules and regulations, and insurance policy coverage & interpretation
- 1 to 2 years claims adjusting experience
