About the Role
Your primary purpose in this position will be to evaluate commercial insurance applications to produce and underwrite new and renewal business from an assigned group of agencies. Your work will primarily focus on the construction industry.

- Determine whether to accept, decline, or modify applications or requests to sell a policy
- Identify and evaluate exposure changes
- Evaluate, quote, and negotiate prices on applications
- Manage and grow a group of agencies; solicit new business
- Grow and manage business within your territory
- Cultivate and deepen business relationships with current and prospective customer accounts
